I would have thought the pricing would be incredibly high for the scope of work, but the bid was one of the lowest I received, and more than fair for the amount of work. They started and ended before they promised, and did one of the cleanest and classy looking repair / texture / paint jobs ever... Really exceeded my expectations. They ran into several unexpected issues due to my building and it's old condition, and Joe made the whole process smooth and easy...
